Welcome to Uplifting Ladies. My name is Claire and I am the founder of this group. I wanted to set up this group as I feel it would be beneficial to ladies of Withernsea and surrounding areas, providing a safe space where all who attend on a Tuesday feel comfortable and safe, leaving feeling uplifted.
What we offer
At Uplifting Ladies, we're dedicated to fostering a safe and warm environment. Our focus is on creating a space for genuine connection, mutual support, friendship and personal growth for every woman who joins us.
A safe space
Our Tuesday sessions provide a confidential and understanding environment where you can share issues or just sit and listen with no pressure and meet other ladies. We are all there to offer advice and support if needed and if youre feeling lonely and just want to meet other ladies, please come along
Community support
Experience the power of sisterhood. Our group is built on mutual encouragement, offering a network of women who understand and uplift each other through life's journey.
Personal growth
Through shared experiences and insightful discussions, we aim to empower each woman to find her strength if needed in a safe space which is confidential
